Floating Leaf Eco-Luxury Retreat is set in a small traditional Balinese village amongst verdant rice fields. I can describe myself as a nature lover and world traveller.

After important life events, I decided to break with the past and start a new experience in South Asia. There I have been travelling, working and deepening my Yoga practice over the past 3 years and I realised how powerful and influencing Yoga can be on people’s existence.


Yoga and its philosophy have totally changed my approach to life by empowering me to be happier, trust myself and share infinite joy.

That is what I want to share with you!


In Bali, I became a certified yoga instructor and also discovered Acroyoga and FlyHigh Yoga.

A new world of trust, care and fun was open to me.

In my classes you will enhance self-confidence, rediscover the community feeling and find new aspects of yourself. I will challenge you, transmit my passion and conquer your heart with a bright smile!




Allan is the he-recipes developer, contents creator and brand builder behind The Vegan Option.

When he is not busy with innovation and business, he is always looking for new recipes and new ways to create tasty dishes with a healthy twist. Growing up in an Afro-Italian family, Allan has always been surrounded by great food and learnt from great chefs (la Mamma and la Zia know best!)

Being also very passionate about keeping fit, he knows how essential the right food is for improving energy levels and shorten recovery periods. Since starting this journey, the difference in training and results has been incredible and keeps motivating him to create the best plant-based meals with an optimal combo of nutrients.

He is always looking for new inspiring plant-based products to add to his recipes and demonstrate how healthy food can still taste ridiculously delicious even without including animal products.

Claudia is the she-recipes developer, contents creator, food stylist and photographer behind The.Vegan.Option. When she is not travelling or running around with her camera, you can find her all over London, riding her bike from clinics to patients.

In fact, Claudia is also a passionate Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor and Health & Nutrition Researcher.

Claudia has always had a great interest in sport, healthy and sustainable living and in food that pleases the eye as much as the palate. She always had a thing for helping and motivating people to look after themselves, respect their body and strive for the healthiest mental-physical balance. “After all, we all need to learn to take care of ourselves before being able to do the same with others. And, if we haven’t realised it yet, a lot in life is about caring ”.

Raquel is a lovely blend of chilled and friendly professionalism and her passion for the yoga lifestyle is very evident. She is a great teacher in groups or 1-1, is incredibly patient and helpful for remedial yogis like myself and creates a lovely atmosphere in her classes. I think she is destined to become a “yoga rock star.


I loved Raquel’s warm professionalism while teaching workshops and classes and the retreat venue fitted perfectly with her positive thinking. Raquel is amazing at promoting positive thoughts and creating links with the rest of the participants. Overall has been a great experience!


Raquel has a great knowledge of different yoga techniques and modalities and she managed very well the retreat group. She was active, paying attention to the participants needs and available at any time. She is a great leader equally able to direct, listen carefully and make your reflex about your own questions to find the solutions. I would love to repeat the experience with her!


I have been having one to one Pilates with Claudia at Octopus clinic to deal with a lower back problem and I highly recommend her for her professionalism and care. Claudia has selected Pilates exercises for my needs and I can see the difference from one session to another, as I am becoming stronger!


Claudia is a wonderful physiotherapist who has fixed my long-term shoulder injury and taught me simple exercises on how to strengthen my body to prevent recurring injuries. She also recommended suitable exercise I can do to continue to strengthen the muscles around my shoulder and showed me how to avoid injury when running…I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is struggling with back or shoulder pain.


My first session with Claudia was agony but I bravely put myself through the exercises she told me to do. Every day. Religiously. Within a week, I stopped taking the painkillers as I didn’t need them anymore. After only five more sessions i was back to my manual job and after two months my shoulder was completely restored, better than it had been for a good two years. Being able to get back to work so quickly meant the world to me…
